Asset Adviser (Property Safety) 37 Hours Per Week Circa 26,250 per annum Horsham, West Sussex We re looking for an Asset Management Adviser to provide vital administrative and operational support across our Asset Management, Asset Data, M&E, and Property Safety teams. In this role, you ll be responsible for managing key administrative tasks, facilitating communication with customers and stakeholders, and supporting financial and operational processes. You ll also provide flexible support across all teams, adapting to changing priorities and business needs. From scheduling meetings and managing diaries to reviewing certificates and organising documentation, your work will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes. Communicate confidently and professionally with colleagues, contractors, and customers, using strong interpersonal skills. Maintain a customer-focused approach, effectively managing queries and providing support where needed. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with database management and property safety systems. Take a proactive, flexible approach to work, using initiative to solve problems and improve processes. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination across different teams and workstreams.
