Description The role of a Tax Senior is to provide tax services for a portfolio of clients, providing an excellent level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations. Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures. Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget. To act as a line manager for junior members of the team. Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements. Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future. Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values. Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude. Key Requirements ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified. Candidates who are part-qualified and have significant relevant experience will also be considered Wide range of tax experience At least 3-5 years of experience in tax, preferably within a practice environment Experience managing a portfolio of clients Additional Requirements Strong organisational skills, motivation, and proficiency in using computers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to manage time effectively and meet multiple deadlines.
