Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead & Inspire – Motivate, mentor, and manage a dynamic team to exceed sales targets and provide outstanding service.
2. Drive Sales & Growth – Achieve and surpass revenue targets of £2.4 million+ by developing strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
3. Deliver Unparalleled Customer Experiences – Ensure every bride receives a premium, personalised shopping journey from consultation to final fitting.
4. Team Development – Recruit, train, and nurture a passionate sales team, fostering a positive and high-energy environment.
5. Merchandising & Store Presentation – Maintain an immaculate store environment that reflects the elegance and prestige of Bijoux Bridal.
6. Inventory & Stock Management – Ensure the boutique is stocked with a carefully curated selection of exquisite bridalwear.
7. Data & Trend Analysis – Monitor sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Customer Service Excellence – Handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism, turning any challenge into an opportunity to shine.
Who You Are:
