THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Pricing Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our senior Pricing Specialists, assisting them in guiding sellers through the process of selling their vehicles into the trade. You’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, ensuring smooth and effective communication with sellers across various channels while gaining valuable industry experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Support Senior Pricing Specialists: Work closely with senior team members to follow up with sellers who have not responded to initial queries, providing them with timely and professional assistance.
* Assist Sellers: Help sellers understand how to set realistic price expectations and explain the benefits of selling through Carwow, contributing to a positive selling experience.
* Multichannel Communication: Engage with sellers via email, live chat, SMS, and phone, ensuring clear and effective communication at every stage of the process.
* Customer Follow-up: Proactively manage follow-up processes, helping to ensure that sellers receive accurate information and understand their next steps.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Pricing Specialists and other team members to refine communication strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all customer interactions and documentation.
Requirements
* Entry-level role: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment is essential.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers through phone, email, and live chat.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting senior colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all follow-ups are handled accurately and efficiently.
* Proactive and organized, with good time-management skills to prioritize tasks within a busy team environment.
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a customer-focused role within the automotive industry.
