Exams/Admin Officer Introduction Qualiteach Yorkshire are working with a leading alternative provision based in Leeds who are looking for an Exams/Admin Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This will be to start ASAP. You will be required to manage the exams process as well as support the wider administration team. Job Title Responsibilities Exams Administration: Supervise exam entry, invigilation, and the use of electronic data solutions. Ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines. Communication: Serve as the main contact for awarding organisations and communicate information to staff and management. Compliance: Ensure the security of exam materials and respond to any issues or complaints promptly. Training & Support: Assist with training staff and invigilators and maintain relevant training materials. Job Title Requirements Strong organisational and leadership skills. Knowledge of exams processes and compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills.
