They are looking for a Safety Account Manager to join the team based in the NQ of Manchester. As a Safety Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of around 50 customers, focusing on driving account growth and retention. This is a customer success-driven role, where you will be responsible for managing safety reviews.
What you will be doing:
* Managing safety reviews and conducting safety audits
* Identifying safety improvement opportunities
* Cross-selling products and services
* Deliver feedback to clients and build relationships for future audits
* Efficiently manage time and workload.
What skills/experience you will need:
* Health & Safety qualification (IOSH, Degree, NEBOSH)
* Experience in managing client accounts, with a focus on sales and cross-selling in a B2B environment
* Experience in health & safety or risk/compliance solutions
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong relationship building skills
