We are seeking Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Fee Earner, providing an ideal environment for career progression in conveyancing.
Please note, applicants must have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant. Applications from candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening new client files and entering instructions into the Case Management System
* Preparing and issuing relevant letters and documents
* Updating the Case Management system according to team procedures
* Assisting with contract issuance and replies to enquiries
* Ordering property searches
* Managing exchanges and associated paperwork
* Handling the completion process
* Issuing mortgage reports to clients
