Customer Accounts & Sales Administrator
Energetic and fun utilities business with offices in Telford seeks like-minded individual to help take this expanding business to the next level.
Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Sociable Office Hours: 37.5 per week, Office based Mon-Thurs 9am – 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.

The Ideal Candidate:
Drive, organisation, attention to detail and a natural communicator are all essential qualities for this role. A willingness to learn new things and a can-do attitude will also go a long way and of course a GSOH!
We would prefer someone with experience in either the telecoms or energy sectors but will consider outstanding candidates from a different background. We have big growth plans and want like-minded people to support them. Grow with us, be part of something exciting.
The Role
You will begin with an intensive training phase while you learn how to use the specification and pricing systems involved in business utilities. You will also start to get to know our suppliers and their products and services.
Once you are up to speed, your primary responsibility will be providing written quotations to our team of advisers.
The support team is small but growing fast (just 4 staff at present). Your awesome work will be noticed! We have big plans so there will be scope to expand the role where that also supports the goals of the company. You will quickly become an integral member of the UAC Team support staff.
Main Duties:
* Generating quotes and contracts for the sale of our services
* Assistance with customer services, as required
* Answering questions on our internal adviser chat facility
* Liaising with suppliers and our advisers to ensure new customers' contracts go live

* Great time management and organisational skills

* Passion to provide an excellent customer experience
* Solid computer literacy, ideally Apple Mac experience
* Experience in an admin role
* Experience within an office environment performing customer service and/or administration focused duties
