Our Finance Department are looking for an enthusiastic Credit Controller to join the busy Accounts team.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their career in Finance, we welcome applications from anyone who has previous Credit Control experience What will you be doing? Well, our Finance department are looking for a Credit Controller to provide a comprehensive credit control service to the partners of the firm all whilst maintaining and improving client relationships You will carry out collection and administration of monies as well as resolving and managing queries which arise from our clients. You will deliver debt statements to clients and follow up on late payments of bills through various communication methods. You will liaise with colleagues to settle queries in a timely manner and help identify focus areas to successfully deliver on these. The best part? Ideally, you will have Credit Control experience in a high-volume environment or have experience working in a similar role within the Legal or Insurance sector. You will be team orientated and collaborative with an enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively whether through writing or orally. You will possess and demonstrate the ability to multitask and organise your workload prioritising tasks under pressure. You will have competent MS Excel skills and be confident using formula and Vlookups on a daily basis. What’s in it for you?
