EDiscovery Project Manager

Your new role
Signatus are working exclusively with a scaling managed legal services provider based in Dublin who are recruiting multiple project managers across their eDiscovery review teams.
This role would suit a paralegal, legal executive or someone working either in professional services firm within an e-discovery review team or e-discovery analyst function. Alternatively, someone from a private practice law firm within the projects teams who has experience analysing legal documents and applying legal privilege within the context of a review project would have relevant experience. the role can be based in Dublin or alternatively may suit an eDiscovery professional based in the UK office.
What work will I do?
The nature of the work being client focused is fast paced and fluid at times requiring the person to be agile in their approach and accurate in carrying out their work processes to the highest standards. This presents an excellent opportunity to secure an interesting and exciting legal project manager within a fast growing company and growing successful team.
You will work within a multi-functional team environment liaising at times with Paralegals, Lawyers, Project Managers, Departmental Directors and clients, providing a managed delivery service that is of the highest quality.
To perform your work well you will be provided with state of the art legal technology platforms and legal project management tools that facilitates the efficient and timely delivery of client projects.
We are ideally looking for someone who has the following experience but note this is not an essential extensive list:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Previous eDiscovery or litigation experience (essential)
* Working knowledge of litigation life cycle, Irish privilege and Data Protection laws would be beneficial
* Support the eDiscovery process at all stages including data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production under the guidance of our senior project managers.
* Between 2 and 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or professional service companies
* Experience in completing common admin tasks on an eDiscovery platform such as Reveal or Relativity
* Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects
* Exceptional and proactive written, electronic, and verbal communication skills
* Superior client management and relationship-building skills
Desired skills and experience
* Relevant 3rd level Degree/Diploma in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline
* Commensurate experience working in a law firm or professional services firm
