As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll work closely with students to support their educational journey, ensuring they thrive in a positive, inclusive environment. Whether you’re helping a child grasp a new concept or providing additional support during activities, your role will be vital in enabling every child to feel confident, capable, and excited about learning. Key Responsibilities:
* Support Learning: Work alongside teachers to provide 1:1 or small group support in the classroom.
* Encourage Development: Help children with special educational needs (SEN) or those who need additional support to achieve their full potential.
* Provide Feedback: Support teachers by offering observations and sharing insights about students’ progress.
* Foster Positive Relationships: Build strong, supportive relationships with children to encourage confidence and independence.
* Be a Role Model: Demonstrate good behavior, respect, and enthusiasm to inspire the children.
What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in a learning support or childcare role. A genuine passion for working with children is key! Adaptability: Ability to support a diverse range of children with different needs and learning styles. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students, teachers, and parents. Positive Attitude: Energetic, patient, and ready to have fun while helping children learn and grow!
