The role - Behaviour Manager - Newham
This is an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Manager to join a fantastic Mainstream Secondary School based in the borough of Newham You will be an experienced individual working closely with students monitoring behaviour and student progress. You'll be liaising with Head of years, other staff members and pastoral support workers creating a positive role model for young people. Your responsibility as a Behaviour Manager is to monitor student's attendance, progression in behaviour. Also, you'll be communicating with other agencies to support the students. A Behaviour Manager needs passion and drive work ethic. You will be managing behaviour mentors and managing the inclusion and overall behaviour in the school. Its essential that you have had previous experience working challenging behaviour.
