What You’ll Do As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business by: Providing administrative support to our management and workshop teams. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring every client feels valued. Logging daily jobs into our management system, ensuring all details are accurate for branches to carry out repairs effectively. Updating computer systems and portals with necessary information. Maintaining organised records and files to support efficient operations. Collaborating with our team to create a positive and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
