Redwing Solutions was founded in 2004. We are the UK’s leading HR Consultancy specialising in HR for Day Nurseries, Pre-schools and Out of School Clubs. We were shortlisted by Personnel Today for the HR Consultancy of the Year award in 2020. Due to continued growth, we now seek a full time Senior HR Advisor to join the Redwing Team.
We are based in the town of Redditch in Worcestershire and the role will be office based.

Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting our clients with sometimes complex disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
* Supporting clients on the telephone and email and responding to their queries and coaching them in a timely, friendly yet professional manner, with a close attention to detail.
* Production of letters, forms, templates, structures, processes, procedures to support the client with their HR and employment law needs.
* Case management in a planned, organised and systematic way, ensuring the advice we give is accurate and best serves the client.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records of client interactions on MS Sharepoint and the CRM.
* Working with HR Advisors and HR Consultants to deliver the service.
* Creating bespoke HR policies and procedures for our clients.
* Supporting the development of more junior HR colleagues.
* Designing and delivering useful, practical HR and employment law presentations to communicate requirements with our clients and prospects.
* Writing blogs and articles for newsletters on employment law topics.
* Attending conferences, trade fairs, expos to represent and promote the Company.
* Taking details from new client enquiries made over the phone.
* Occasional onsite meetings with clients (travel may be necessary)
Our perfect candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a role where you were advising managers, business partners on employment law and complex employee relations issues with a detailed understanding of the procedures involved.
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
* Confidence in identifying practical, commercial solutions to our clients’ queries.
* Familiarity with case management and understanding the importance of Data Protection.
* A thorough understanding of employment law and the ability to explain law and case law to our clients in a comprehensible manner.
* A team player who enjoys working as part of a HR team.
* Excellent communication skills, numerate and customer orientated.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative to make decisions.
* Attention to detail in spelling and grammar.

* Ability to travel to visit clients onsite on an occasional basis.
Salary: £35,100 per annum.
