Job Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant operations. If you have a passion for culinary arts, leadership skills, and enjoy supervising teams in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties
1. Oversee daily operations within the front of house and restaurant areas.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
3. Supervise and support staff members in their roles.
4. Provide guidance and training to team members.
5. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Meet and greet customers, ensuring they feel welcome.
8. Oversee the front of house team, ensuring everyone knows their duties and responsibilities on shift.
9. Supervise day-to-day activities.
10. Manage bookings.
11. Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure quality and timely delivery of orders.
12. Take responsibility for the customer journey.
13. Support the manager where required.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is desirable.
2. Knowledge of food safety practices.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
