Job Summary
We are really excited to be supporting our Liverpool based client to recruit for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to further enhance their established Payroll and People teams. This role involves managing a team of 5 payrollers processing a volume payroll. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, with a background in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment and leading and delivering on key projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Payroll professional to join an organisation looking to drive the payroll function forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a team of 5 professional Payrollers
2. Dealing with escalated queries
3. Responsibility for reporting, controls, and compliance checks
4. Managing performance of the team within an environment of continuous improvement

1. Payroll Management experience is essential
2. Experience of Payroll team management within a large complex organisation
