Upon completion of the programme you will progress to a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker. Older Adults Mental Health Bromley Ward is an assessment ward covering South Staffordshire. We provide care for individuals over 65 years presenting with a functional mental health conditions or early stages of dementia. We are looking for caring, compassionate individual to work within our older adult inpatient team who are committed to providing high quality care and treatment to our patients. Should you be successful we are offer a salary match. Main duties of the job To provide support and spend therapeutic time with an allocated group of service users with mental health needs. To support service users to maximise their quality of life and provide a positive patient experience through the delivery of high quality, outcome measured care and evidence-based interventions.
