Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Admin to join our client based in Mansfield on a permanent basis.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customer enquiries/processing of sales orders via phone and e-mail, including receipt of order, carrying out relevant credit checks with finance, data entry, dispatch, invoicing, and liaising with all couriers.
2. Raising invoices, quotes, credit notes, complaint forms, and collection notes. Updating computer pricelists.
3. Adhering to and ensuring all month-end procedures and requirements are completed within the deadlines set.
4. Ensuring a professional interface between customers and company personnel whilst developing customer relationships.
5. Organising bookings for customer training at our Academy and subsequent administration of certificates.
6. Utilising the company’s Operating System (COS) ways of working in all relevant tasks and projects.
Experience and Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to organise tasks and keep accurate records.
3. Work closely and proactively with all other departments and team members.
4. Positive attitude.
5. English and Math’s qualifications - GCSE Level.
6. Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
7. Fully experienced in the use of MS Office programs and data entry.
8. Own transport for potential travel to secondary sites of business would be preferable.
9. Previous experience of using SAP and/or CRM systems would be desirable.
