What does being a Care Assistant involve?
Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication)
Helping with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with appointments, shopping, and social activities
Supporting people with specialist needs (e.g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour)
Carer Requirements:
A genuine passion for helping others
Willingness to travel between homes in the advertised area
Right to work in the UK
Valid enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
Strong spoken and written English
Reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently
