About The Role: Days of Working: Varying shift rota Shift Pattern: 06:00am - 14:00pm, 14:00pm - 22:00pm, 22:00pm - 06:00am As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: As a Receptionist you'll act as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building providing an excellent first impression. You will work in the busy and ever-changing environment of the reception within our hardworking team, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike. You will receive high profile visitors who need to be dealt with efficiently, ensuring minimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meeting. Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care. Perform basic administration tasks. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK. An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Customer Care Qualification is desirable. Experience of working in a similar role within a corporate environment. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Adherence to client confidentiality and data protection.
