We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Aftersales Administrator
1. Input Engineers' worksheets and timesheets into SAP systems.
2. Generate invoices.
3. Answer phone calls and customer enquiries.
4. Book travel requirements for Engineers.
5. Send out welcome packs, spare parts packages, and service contracts to customers.
6. Keep service contracts up to date including renewals.
Requirements for a successful Aftersales Administrator
1. Aftersales and field service experience previously.
2. Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office and SAP CS Module.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Experience generating invoices.
5. Attention to detail.
Summary of the Aftersales Administrator role
Salary: £30,000
