The Role

An internal Sales and Sales Support role focusing on optimising the renewal performance in IPF and achieving renewal targets.
Accountable for owning and executing the portfolio of renewing agreements of PCL IPF products across all partner accounts. Collaborate with partners and relevant PCL Operational and Support teams to develop a holistic, deep view of partner requirements and objectives and define a strategy to drive renewals to on-time closure, as well as minimise renewals risk and financial attrition.
You will also:
* Lead the planning and budgeting input of renewal business, supporting the Sales team with data and insight
* Produce predictive insight into renewal performance
* Produce trend analysis and insight to help inform and guide the business
* Deliver renewal trading performance to achieve overall PCL financial targets
* Collaborate with the wider PCL teams to ensure the renewals management process for Partners and customers is simple and frictionless. Work closely with key stakeholders such as Underwriting, Operations, Collections etc.
* Coordinate a streamlined process and systematic approach for contract renewals with the aim of increasing revenue retention and expansion and mitigating revenue reduction.
* Work with Heads of National Accounts, National Account Managers and Account Managers within the Sales IPF team and relevant Operations teams and Finance to maintain accurate knowledge of all accounts scheduled for renewal.
