This is not your typical customer service role - you’ll focus on onboarding new customers, driving strategic account growth, and ensuring top-tier service for clients handling a mid-to-high volume of orders.

5. Experience leading customer onboarding and implementation processes
6. Knowledge of logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain industries is a plus
