Today, we have several centres across the North West, UK. Each one meets a certain criteria, offering our members a unique yet familiar experience every time they visit.
We are seeking a UEFA C Qualified coach with a proven track record in coaching, developing, and managing players of diverse ages and abilities. Based at our busiest centre, Stockport, the role involves preparing, delivering, and reviewing private sessions, providing our players with the specific development required. The role will predominantly be on the pitch, with occasional office work or training required.
The position provides comprehensive training and development through our Calculated Performance Online Coaching Hub as well as practical training where the candidate will learn to use our frameworks and structures to provide players with the best development possible. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the wider growth of the Calculated Performance brand.
Your Impact
1. The planning, preparation, and delivery of our Private Sessions, using the Calculated Performance Philosophy.
2. Create a positive and professional learning environment while connecting and engaging with the players on the programs.
3. To ensure a high standard of delivery while observing the quality assurance of the program, providing a positive player and parental experience.
4. A positive role model and ambassador for Calculated Performance within both on and off-field environments, adhering to the values and ethos of Calculated Performance.
5. Ensure all processes are adhered to, creating a seamless experience for players, parents and coaches.
Minimum Requirements
* Possess or currently obtaining FA Level 2 / UEFA C coaching license.
* Experience in coaching in education, community, or club settings.
* Continued personal development with their local and national FA including safeguarding/ DBS check.
* The ability to communicate formally and informally with coaches, players, parents, and key stakeholders.
* To have good experience in developing players of varying ages and abilities, including reviewing, and evaluating individuals.
* To have the drive and ambition to develop personally with the guidance of senior coaches.
* Clean and valid UK driving licence and car.
