We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic TV Planner Buyer to join our amazing team in Leeds. You will work closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to help lead and grow several key agency accounts. This role is diverse and provides the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of media channels – TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Audio Visual media and Podcasts.
We’re looking for someone with strong Planning and Buying experience across the various media channels – must have experience in TV Planning and Buying.

How you’ll make an impact:
You will come in and hit the ground running – working closely with your team and Account Manager to implement and execute agreed Media plans across your clients, creating insight driven media campaigns to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage!
What will be the main focus of the role?
1. Planning & Buying across several media channels, including TV, radio, outdoor and print
2. Co-ordinating and executing day to day Offline planning and buying objectives
3. Use planning tools to implement plans & analyse client data to make recommendations
4. Formulation and implementation of response analysis
5. Understand client media objectives, needs, targets, forecasting, cycles, and strategy
6. Manage relationships with media owners, including socials
7. Work with Account Manager to manage client relationships – meetings & presentations
8. Train, develop & coach juniors to ensure they are motivated and equipped for their role
9. Support the Account Manager and deputise where appropriate
Experience required:
1. 1-2 years’ experience in Planning and Buying across several media channels, including TV
2. TV experience and the ability to put a TV plan together
3. Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts
4. A confident communicator; written and verbal - lead client meetings and presentations.
5. Working on client briefs to a high standard, integrating with various departments to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage!
6. Time management, attention to detail, excellent problem solving
