Key Responsibilities Cross-Border Real Estate Transactions: Manage and advise on a range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects across both NI and ROI. Banking and Securities Matters: Provide guidance on property-related banking and security arrangements, including drafting and reviewing security documentation and working with financial institutions. Due Diligence and Compliance: Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate assets and ensure compliance with NI and ROI legal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Client Relations and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating needs and providing tailored advice on complex legal issues. Skills and Experience Required Qualified Solicitor (NI & ROI): Be admitted in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
