Maintenance Person Location: Glasgow Salary: £12.30 per hour Temporary Work Immediate start We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our client, a leading Student accommodation based in Glasgow. This is a temporary position, Monday to Friday. Job Description The successful maintenance person will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Inspecting and reporting any issues with rooms Cleaning and preparing rooms for new tenants Moving furniture, including mattresses and other items Performing silo coning tasks Repairing and replacing shower heads Assisting the Maintenance team with any additional tasks as needed Maintenance Person Requirements Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a property management, student accommodation, Build to Rent, or hospitality setting Multi-skilled with the ability to work independently Available for an immediate start If you possess previous experience as a maintenance person and are available to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
