Mobilisation Manager

Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care services? iCare Living is looking for a dynamic Mobilisation Manager to oversee the launch of new care packages and services across our growing regions. This critical role involves ensuring a seamless start-up process, from referral to implementation, while maintaining strong relationships with commissioning groups and delivering excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight and Planning:
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to direct the launch of new business regions.
* Build and maintain relationships with commissioning groups, working closely with Business Development Managers (BDM), Operations Managers, and Care Managers to address potential challenges proactively.
* Coordinate weekly regional meetings to discuss new and existing clients, updating the pipeline of opportunities.
* Ensure all contacts and actions are documented in the CRM, providing live updates to the SMT.
Client Referral and Assessment Process:
* Manage new client referrals, discussing initial details during morning and weekly meetings.
* Work with the Finance Team to agree on costings aligned with the rate card and operational requirements.
* Oversee pre-assessments conducted by Operations and Clinical teams to determine viability, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Communicate acceptance or declination outcomes to commissioning bodies while maintaining relationships for future opportunities.
Accepted Client Journey:
* Direct recruitment efforts to meet specific client needs, such as gender preference or driving requirements, in collaboration with Recruitment Consultants and Operations Teams.
* Oversee the creation of care plans by the Clinical Team, ensuring alignment with pre-assessment findings and client input.
* Identify and plan training requirements, ensuring readiness for care delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate risk assessments with Clinical and Operations Teams, ensuring final sign-off by the Regional Manager (RM).
Project Implementation and Handover:
* Lead the start-up of new packages, providing oversight and support to Operations and Care Managers.
* Monitor the first two weeks of the package to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues, reporting updates to commissioners.
* Handover full oversight to the Operations Manager and RM from week two onward, maintaining a strong focus on compliance and service excellence.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management within the healthcare or social care sector.
* Strong understanding of care package mobilisation, including assessment, recruitment, and compliance processes.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
* Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality standards.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
