Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
Local Authority is looking for an experienced Electrical QS to oversee the electrical operations for an expanding contractor who specializes in domestic maintenance repairs.
You will be working alongside the in-house engineers and managing subcontractors across the contract on a day-to-day basis of response, planned, and voids.
This will mainly be an office-based role off the tools, but work checks and site visits will be required.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
1. Technical building knowledge of working methods, practices, regulations, and legislation.
2. Knowledge of the materials and methods used in the construction and building maintenance industry.
3. All aspects of electrical work including knowledge of EICR's, repairs, testing, re-wires.
4. Previous experience of working within housing maintenance would be an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Technical expertise.
2. City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3.
3. Working up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
4. City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
5. Have a full driving licence.
