Clive Durose Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Precision Timber Handrails CNC manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships and driving sales growth in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Joinery Manufacturers, Builders, Main Contractors, Developers, and other associated partners within the Construction Industry.
* Prepare and present detailed estimates and customer quotations using Excel and existing quoting aids.
* Lead high-quality, major tender submissions and subsequent presentations.
* Plan department workflow to meet value output and departmental efficiency.
* Recruit and develop staff to ensure the team is equipped to meet business objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and business development in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to use CAD would be beneficial.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Confident with Word, Excel, and Social Media platforms.
What We Offer
