Role Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team based in Reading. You will be part of a small team helping to produce weekly resources for our subscribers, and working on social media graphics, resource covers, digital ads, newsletters, events and website assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Joining the Production team (encompassing design & editorial workflows).
* Liaising with the editors and psychologists, supporting the production of new resources - including worksheets, guidebooks, weekly newsletters and articles.
* Working with the Sales team to produce materials for events, developing relationships with external suppliers.
* Working with the Marketing team to produce social media and website assets
* Support the Head of Design in developing brand guidelines, managing and updating content and asset libraries and corporate and production template library.
* Helping schedule production work to multiple weekly deadlines.
* Basic digital publishing (desirable)
* Basic motion graphics (desirable)
Required:
* 2 years in a similar design role (preferred)
* A suitable vocational qualification or degree (preferred)
* Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Sketch wireframing and/or Figma.
* Experience in designing for digital and print outputs.
* Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
