What you'll do:
This role will provide multimedia design support across the Creative Operations team, focusing on creating engaging and compliant rich media advertising campaigns. These campaigns will utilise traditional design techniques, motion graphics, and Celtra for developing branded interactive experiences. You will work on a wide variety of campaigns, participate in ideation sessions, join client-facing kick-off calls, and refine designs based on campaign performance.
At SuperAwesome, Digital Campaign Designers are involved in the entire creative process, crafting innovative advertising solutions for some of the world’s top brands.
With support from various teams and technologies, you will work on projects that include but are not limited to: creating display banners, interactive mobile ads, motion graphics, and gamified experiences.
In this role, you will:
* Ideate and execute creative tasks across a range of advertising campaigns targeting audiences aged 18 and under.
* Work to deadlines with Account Managers, Customer Strategy & Analytics and Sales teams to deliver mock-ups and drafts, collaborating with clients to achieve the final product.
* Use the Adobe Creative Suite to create assets and produce video/motion graphics.
* Utilise Celtra to transform client drafts and assets into polished interactive creatives.
* Take part in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions.
* Collaborate with the design team to identify opportunities for enhancing cross-team creative efficiency.
* Apply creative A/B testing to derive performance insights.
* Regularly train, collaborate, and share ideas as a team on relevant industry trends and technologies, contributing to innovative design solutions (e.g., 3D, AR, AI, and Game Design).
Who you are:
* A skilled digital designer with 3–5 years of experience in creating interactive marketing campaigns, ideally for audiences ranging from Pre-K to 18 years old.
* Someone with exceptional proficiency in digital layout design, demonstrating a strong eye for composition, balance, and visual hierarchy.
* Experienced and knowledgeable in designing digital advertising campaigns.
* An independent professional capable of managing their workload across multiple projects to meet deadlines effectively.
* Highly proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, Celtra, and Google Suite.
* A strong communicator who can explain and justify their design decisions while collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients.
* Passionate about creating fun, engaging, and innovative interfaces and experiences.
* Endlessly curious and open to experimenting with and learning about emerging trends, technologies, and software in the digital space.
