Acting as a role model, people coach, and product expert, you’ll drive sales and business initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved & exceeded while maintaining a high level of pride in what you do.
About the Role
Our Brand Managers are responsible for leading the team to success, providing a world-class service, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge. You will build a strong relationship with the brands to ensure the same vision is projected and achieve mutual business goals. You will complete weekly trade feedback to provide insight into brand performance and ensure the ongoing success of our brand partners.
Other responsibilities will include:
1. Support the management team with daily taskings and action plans.
2. Conduct brand training on brand history and product knowledge.
3. Lead a team to achieve personal and team targets.
4. Build long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business.
5. Be confident when handling large and complex transactions.
6. Ensure all visual merchandising is aligned with Harrods' and the brands' expectations.
7. Work towards sales targets.
8. Maintain standards in both front and back of house areas.
About You
Day to day, you’ll need to be passionate about customer satisfaction and improving the shop floor experience, as well as being full of ideas and energy to drive trade. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with great communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships, improving both sales and customer service with your knowledge and engaging personality.
As well as these qualities, it’s important you have:
1. Previous experience in customer service and building client relationships.
2. The organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
3. An eye for quality – we take pride in everything we do for our customers.
4. Previous experience within jewellery is a must.
5. Motivation to work towards achieving sales targets, both personal and as part of a team.
6. An eye for commercial awareness and able to make decisions on behalf of the management team to drive sales.
7. A genuine interest and passion for jewellery.
8. Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
9. A strong ability to work within a team.
