Leading Cybersecurity Consultancy is looking to recruit a Salesforce Administrator to support their growing investment in Salesforce. Working closely with the Sales team your key responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining reports and dashboards Checking people are sticking to minimum requirements with keeping records up to date Supporting sales team where required Adding notes to Salesforce Creating quotes/proposals Creating opportunities in Salesforce, including generating them for renewals Working with suppliers to obtain pricing for quotes Deal registration with vendors Booking travel and accommodation for meetings/events Communicating with key customers around events to support population Managing some of the smaller renewals across tier 3 customers Ensure any vendor specific training for accreditations is complete Updating vendors on deals Management and logistics of bids i.e RFI and RFP's to make sure the relevant people are completing their bits on time either internally or at the vendor Supporting with the management of data for prospecting for the BDM's Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
