Role Title : Digital Marketing, Communications and Events Manager
Location : Deeside
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full Time (Maternity Cover Feb 2026)
Salary: £47,697 - £53,933
Coleg Cambria now has a new exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing, Communications and Events Manager to join their Marketing team based at Deeside.
You will be responsible for the operational management of all marketing and communications within the College. In addition you will lead the development of the College’s digital presence, maximising visibility, supporting marketing objectives and enhancing the online customer experience.
This role will encompass Website management and digital development as well as Social Media management and content creation. It is also essential that the successful candidate is confident and inspiring and able to manage the expectations of stakeholders of all levels.
Essential Requirements
1. You must possess a Degree or equivalent level of qualification (Level 6) in a relevant subject
2. Possess or be willing to work towards the ILM Level 5 (Management Qualification)
3. Possess and be able to demonstrate an impressive portfolio of campaign work
4. Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role
5. Previous experience of managing or leading a team is essential
6. Previous experience of planning, creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating digital marketing campaigns
