NES Fircroft are currently working on behalf of a Leading Cabling and Engineering client, actively sourcing for an Office Manager. Our client's new project site is set to be going live in the next few weeks, and this opportunity provides candidates with a chance to witness a project from start to completion. The role is a long-term contract role (12 Months), providing much-needed admin assistance for a busy construction site. You will be supporting the wider project team as well as the Health and Safety team on general site duties.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
1. Offering high-quality administration support.
2. Document management and control.
3. Manage a tracker of all site personnel tickets and training qualifications.
4. Upload site documentation onto the in-house system and keep everything up to date.
5. Ensure all registers are completed and returned.
6. Maintain a site diary, site correspondence file, and photographic record of the project.
7. Assist the HSE team with documentation (Audits, CSCS cards, access card creation, PPE management).
8. General office and administration duties (Scanning, organizing, arranging).
Essential Skills / Requirements
1. Have a methodical approach to site documentation.
2. Confident liaising with site teams.
3. Construction / engineering industry experience.
4. Health and safety knowledge (experience in dealing with risk assessment reports).
5. Excellent time management.
6. Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and computer literate.
7. Holds their work to a high-quality standard.
8. Adaptable as the duties can change across the course of the day/week.
