We are looking for a versatile, resilient, and committed Teaching Assistant who can adapt their practice to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting pupil behavior while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Requirements
The desired Primary Teaching Assistant will:
* Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11
* Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop
* Have previous experience working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play, or care setting within the last 2 years, with valid references from these roles
* A passion for education
