Key Responsibilities: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students in overcoming barriers to learning caused by SEMH difficulties. Assist the classroom teacher in managing behaviour effectively. Monitor student development and provide feedback to staff and families. Requirements: To be considered for the SEMH Teaching Assistant role, you should bring: Experience working with SEMH or SEN students in an educational setting. A calm and encouraging approach to helping children succeed. The ability to handle challenging behaviour with professionalism and care. A DBS registered on the Update Service or the willingness to obtain one.
