We are recruiting a Service Coordinator for our client, a family-run organisation led by two hands-on, people-focused leaders who are passionate about developing their team and driving growth. They’re looking for someone who will take ownership of the role and become a key part of the team.
Location – Newport Pagnell
Hours – Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary £28,000
Service Coordinator main responsibilities:-
* Responsible for planning and scheduling of the Engineers to customer sites
* Organising travel arrangements, tools and equipment for engineers
* Main point of contact for Customers regarding all service queries – via email and phone
* Process orders for service work including raising invoices
What you need for the Service Coordinator role:-
* Admin/Coordinator experience
* Solution finder
* Hand on team player
