Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator
Location: London/Manchester- hybrid working 2 days a week
Salary: Up to £73k+ benefits (DOE)
We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator to join our client’s Finance Technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing, maintaining, and optimising Dynamics 365 environments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Systems Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively supports business processes and adheres to Microsoft’s best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation and customisation of on-premise Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to organisational needs.
* Provide incident management support for D365, Power BI, LucaNet, Data Warehouses, and other systems within the technology stack.
* Manage system configurations, including user access, security settings, and integrations with other applications.
* Monitor and enhance system performance, identifying and implementing optimisation strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
* Deliver technical support and training to end users, empowering them to maximise their use of the system.
* Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 developments and best practices, making recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
* Collaborate with external partners and vendors to resolve technical issues and deploy new features.
* Configure and customise D365 modules to align with evolving business requirements.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of LCS (Life Cycle Services), Azure DevOps, and related D365 tools.Experience working with on-premise solutions.
* Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules and administrative tools.
* Thorough understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations.
* Proficiency in Dynamics 365 architecture, including customisation, configuration, and integration capabilities.
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
