This is a hybrid working role with 2 days per week working from our Shipton under Wychwood office (Oxfordshire) and the rest of the week from home.

Requirements for Sales Operations Specialist
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), with exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience using the wider Google Suite being advantageous.
* Familiarity with invoicing processes and confidence in handling financial data.
* Understanding of project management fundamentals, with the ability to challenge and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
* Effective collaboration and communication skills to ensure alignment across teams.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organisational and operational capabilities.
Responsibilities as Sales Operations Specialist
* Order Management: Process customer orders from creation to invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements.
* Invoicing and Commercial Data: Generate and manage invoices, confidently handling commercial data.
* Data Quality: Proactively maintain the integrity of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), resolving any data discrepancies.
* Reporting: Create actionable reports using Google Sheets and the wider Google Suite to support sales and operational decisions.
* Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth alignment of processes.
* Problem Solving: Independently identify gaps in processes or data, research solutions, and implement improvements.
Salary
Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000
