Class Teacher We are seeking an exceptional Class Teacher to join our dedicated team at QUEST Academy Trust. As a Class Teacher in the EYFS, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our youngest pupils, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all EYFS pupils Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all EYFS pupils, including those with special educational needs, high ability, English as an additional language, or disabilities Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and target setting Contribute to the design and provision of an engaging EYFS curriculum Promote a love of learning and children's intellectual curiosity Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong curriculum knowledge and effective teaching strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all pupils Desirable Qualities: Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge in the EYFS Ability to lead and inspire a team of Early Years practitioners Passion for outdoor learning and incorporating the natural environment into teaching Ability to lead extra-curricular activities or clubs Why Join QUEST?
