In this role, you'll be a key part of the team, collaborating with the Office Administrator, Purchasing Team, and others to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you're someone who loves keeping things running efficiently and enjoys supporting others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
. General Office Admin: Manage correspondence, organise files, maintain and update company records.
. Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements, including booking hotels and restaurants.
. External Communication: Communicate with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts to ensure smooth operations.
. Internal Support: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, respond to inquiries, and help with email and chat communications.
What We're Looking For:
Technical Skills:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
. Experience with accounting systems or ERP systems is desirable.
. Familiarity with Xero is a bonus.
Non-Technical Skills:
. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
. A strong communicator who can filter and identify important information concisely.
