The Account Manager position is a revenue generation role designed to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by reducing churn and closing up-sell / add-on opportunities. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships within the software industry.
Expectations:
-Generate sales opportunities and respond to incoming sales inquiries within the current customer base

- Completing effective discovery calls focused on learning the prospect’s challenges, causes of those challenges, and consequences of inaction
- Providing solution recommendations and tailored product demonstrations based on the above learnings
- Understanding the prospect’s goals, plans, timeline, budget, and authority
- Communicating accurate business value alignment between the prospect and the recommended POR solution
