The successful candidate will focus on managing a diverse portfolio, including SME, property owners, large corporates, and high-profile clients. A proven background in commercial insurance and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships are essential. In this role, you will handle both new business and renewals, working closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific commercial needs. Your responsibilities will include regularly reviewing clients’ insurance plans to ensure they continue to align with their evolving business requirements. You’ll be representing the company with professionalism and confidence, engaging with clients directly and at networking events.
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that combines traditional values with modern practices, utilising a paperless system and the Acturis platform to streamline operations. This role is perfect for someone ambitious, looking to take control of their career and make a significant impact within the business. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be the face of the company in various client-facing situations.
The role offers a salary of £30, – £45,, depending on experience, along with a team performance bonus. The position is Monday to Friday, 9-5, with on-site parking available, as well as street parking nearby if needed. The company also provides ongoing support for professional development, including a passing bonus for those who achieve their exams on the first attempt.
