Responsibilities
Assist in processing local land charges searches and maintaining the accuracy of the land charges register.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to solicitors and property buyers regarding land charges.
Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements related to land charges.
Update and maintain databases and records related to local land charges activities.
Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as necessary to gather relevant information.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to land charge records.
Support the Local Land Charges Officer in various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
Experience with database management and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures related to land charges and property transactions.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a local government or administrative role is advantageous.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.74
Location: Kingston Upon Thames, South West London
