Customer Service Advisor
If you have a background in delivering exceptional customer service whether it be through a hospitality role, retail or a contact centre then we would love to hear from you! A position that is entry level and comes with full training our client is looking for attitude over skill at this stage. You will be driven by going the extra mile for customers you speak to and will not mind working in a call centre environment dealing with inbound customer enquiries. A good telephone manner is essential for this role.
Start: ASAP
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £Negotiable DOE
Hours: Between 8am & 6pm, Shift 1 – 8am – 4.30pm, Shift two 9.30am – 6pm (mixture of both)
Duration: Permanent

Duties:
* Dealing with customer enquiries either by telephone or e-mail
* Supporting reception cover when required
* Working towards achieving daily call targets
* Dealing with customer enquires and providing relevant updates and advice
* Processing of customer claims on the database with full notes
* Meeting and Greeting visitors when covering reception
* Updating and amending documents as necessary
* Receiving and sorting internal post
* Photocopying and scanning of documents
* Co-ordinating meeting room bookings
Skills and Experience Required:
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to work under pressure while delivering the very best customer service
* Ability to deal with complaints in a professional manner
* Ability to use a computer for basic typing
