Job Description
Your future team:
Working within the Defence Infrastructure Project Management Team in Derby and closely with the recruitment and operations departments, the role is to support and maintain the management of our Engineering Temporary Labour arm of the Defence organisation. This is a pivotal role to provide administrative support to the Projects team.
Your Missions:
1. Maintain reports and filing system
2. Monitor contract updates and create Purchase Orders
3. Manage the project mailbox
4. Ensure accurate invoicing and monthly reports
5. Upload timesheets and adjust pay uplifts
6. Track overdue payments and follow up
7. Resolve invoice disputes and support Project Managers
8. Complete Quality documentation and process development
9. Assist with various admin tasks as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Behaviours:
1. Experience of working as a Project Administrator within an Engineering environment is desirable but not essential
2. Customer-focused with strong communication skills
3. Proficient in MS Office and strong IT skills
4. Detail-oriented and self-motivated
5. Initiative and strong work ethic

Security clearance:
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
