At SBS, we're passionate about empowering schools to focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding education.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the London area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!
As an ICT Field Engineer, you'll:
* Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
* Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
* Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.

About You:
If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you:
* You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, when delivering a professional level of communication to school accounts we work with.
