Cranleigh STEM is proud to support a leading company in the food and flavour industry with the recruitment of a Graduate Regulatory Administrator on a 12-month contract.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for food science to play a key role in managing technical data, ensuring compliance documentation, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Location: Hampshire. Please note that you must have access to your own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport.
Salary: £28,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.
The role is full-time and will be based on a 12-month contract.
The benefits include employer pension contributions of up to 10% of salary, life insurance coverage, 25 days of annual leave, plus the option to purchase an additional 5 days, an annual performance-related bonus scheme, and wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining technical and regulatory data within company systems.
* Responding to internal and external customer queries, including preparing specifications and compliance statements.
* Supporting Kosher and Halal certification processes.
* Managing technical documentation and assisting with updates to internal processes.
* Providing technical information to internal departments and customers.
* Promoting and adhering to health and safety standards.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting company goals.
* Engaging in personal training and assisting with knowledge sharing within the team.
About You:
* You hold a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Adobe.
* You possess exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* You are able to work independently and maintain accurate records.
* You have strong communication skills to liaise effectively across all levels of the business.
* A background in a technical role within the food or flavour industry is desirable.
* You must have access to your own transport, as the site is not accessible by public transport.
